What are the deliverables?

This “Done for You” package will allow us to create your company’s HR infrastructure. Here’s what we’ll create:

  • A Customized Employee Handbook that will explain your unique company culture and mission, define policies that all will follow, and keep your business in legal compliance
  • A Customized Job Description for every position, focusing on expectations and measurements of successful performance in the position, rather than personalities
  • A simple and effective Employee On-Boarding system, starting from the moment your candidate accepts your job offer. This includes gathering and organizing all legally required and company requested information, as well as the “critical 30 days” when new employees join the team or start to drift.
  • A useful and effective Performance Evaluation system, focusing on ease of use and maximizing employee-manager communication, goal setting and accountability

How much does the HR Essentials for Business Package cost? How long will it take?

The Basic Package currently costs $2,950. You’ll receive a Customized Employee Handbook, Job Descriptions, Employee On-Boarding system and Performance Evaluation system described above, plus a bonus hour of strategic consulting.

The Premium Package costs $8,950 and includes all of the above, and in addition 5 hours of HR consulting time per month for 12 months, to ensure that all of your HR issues are addressed fully. This is what most clients request after putting the Basic Package in place. Not sure about this yet? You’re welcome to upgrade any time.

Typically, you will get your basic package implemented within 30 days. Premium packages start after 30 days and continue for 12 months.
